RESILIENCE
"Resilience" is an indoor wheelchair designed specifically for elderly individuals who face challenges in physical mobility. The purpose "Resilience" is to facilitate their daily activities and assist them in regaining their independence.
"Resilience"는 신체적 이동에 어려움을 겪는 노인들을 위해 특별히 설계된 휠체어입니다. "Resilience"의 목적은 일상 활동을 원활하게 돕고 독립성을 회복하는 데 도움을 주는 것입니다.
BACKGROUND
Being able to maintain connection and reduce feelings of loneliness and depression is extremely important for elderly individuals. However, due to limitations in mobility, many seniors face restrictions in participating in outdoor activities and engaging in social interactions. Since they spend the majority of their time in their living environment, there are significant constraints to living independently and moving without assistance.
노인들이 자신의 주변 환경과 사회와의 연결성을 유지하며 고독감과 우울감을 줄이는 것은 매우 중요합니다. 그러나 이동성의 제약으로 인해 많은 노인들이 외부 활동에 제한을 받고 사회적 상호작용이 제한되는 경우가 많습니다. 노인들은 자신의 주거 환경에서 가장 많은 시간을 보내기 때문에, 보조원 없이 생활하고 이동하는 데에는 제약이 많을 수 있습니다.
The logo of "Resilience" captures a calm and sturdy sense of readiness, appearing both static and poised for movement. It represents the concept of regaining motion by combining the dynamic element of 'RE' with the static appearance of 'SILENCE', emphasizing the contrast in their slopes.
"Resilience(리질리언스)" 로고는 정적이면서도 금방이라도 움직일 준비가 되어 있는 차분한 강인함의 느낌을 담았습니다. '다시 움직임'을 나타내는 ‘RE’ 와 정적인 모습을 나타내는 'SILIENCE'를 기울기의 차이를 주어 표현했습니다.
We came up with design elements that can represent motifs such as 'waves', 'tides', and 'ripples' to express the idea of the elderlys expanding their sphere of influence. By incorporating serene yet steadfast colors, I derived three keywords that capture the graceful and dignified movements of the elderly : Expanding,Bounce Back, Gentle
노인들이 영향력을 확장하는 경험을 표현하기 위해 '파도', '조수', '잔물결' 등의 모티브에 기반한 디자인 요소를 생각해 냈습니다. 고요하면서도 차분한 색상을 도입하여 노인의 우아하고 품격 있는 움직임을 표현하는 3가지 키워드를 도출해 냈습니다.
Expanding(확장하는), Bounce Back(튀어오르는), Gentle(부드러운)
Resilient Gray is used as the main color of the product to provide users with a comfortable and elegant atmosphere during their journey. The Classy Chrome represents an enchanting experience when reconnecting with society.
Stable Brown expresses a journey that is maintained steadily. The Retrieving Black bestows a classic mood and focuses on their composed movements.
Resilient Gray는 제품의 메인 컬러로 사용자가 편안하고 고풍스러운 분위기의 여정을 즐기도록 합니다. The Classy Chrome 은 다시 사회와 연결될 때, 매료되는 경험을 나타냅니다. Stable Brown은 안정적으로 유지되는 여정을 표현합니다. The Retrieving Black은 클래식한 분위기를 부여하며 의연한 그들의 움직임에 집중합니다.
The Resilience embodies comfort and flexibility with its plastic components, providing a softness that gently embraces the body. The sturdy aluminum frame ensures stability, offering users a secure and reliable experience. The tail light, crafted with transparent glass, not only protects users but also serves as a clear window connecting them to the outside world. the major parts are constructed with metal—a material that symbolizes strength and delicacy, akin to a resilient heart. Lastly, the controller features exquisite leather, exuding an air of elegance and timeless beauty, enveloping users in a luxuriously comfortable atmosphere.
"Resilience"는 플라스틱 소재를 사용하여 유연성과 부드러움을 제공하여 사용자의 몸을 편안하게 감싸줍니다. 견고하고 내구성이 뛰어난 알루미늄 프레임은 사용자에게 안정된 경험을 제공합니다. 투명한 유리로 만들어진 후미등은 사용자를 보호하면서도 외부 세계와의 연결 창구 역할을 합니다. 또한 견고하면서도 섬세함을 상징하는 금속이 사용되었습니다. 마지막으로, 컨트롤러에는 우아함과 영원한 아름다움을 상징하는 고급스러운 가죽이 사용되어 사용자에게 더욱 편안하고 고급스러운 분위기를 선사합니다.
Brio provides mobility solutions that solve complex social problems such as lack of residential space and parking space due to urban concentration and mobility, productivity, psychological problems caused by deterioration in physical ability due to aging. The users can move anytime, anywhere without the hassle of moving in my space, which was used as part of their living space. The Brio Integrated Mobility Solution, which provides the experience of space expansion by connecting home and destination, consists of a moving space connected to the house, drivetrain sharing, and an indoor wheelchair that serves as a legs for the elderly.
Brio는 도시 집중으로 인해 주거 공간과 주차 공간의 부족과 노령으로 인한 신체 기능 저하로 인한 이동성, 생산성, 심리적 문제 등 복잡한 사회적 문제를 해결하는 이동 솔루션을 제공합니다. 사용자는 일상 생활 공간의 일부로 사용되던 공간에서의 이동에 번거로움 없이 언제 어디서든 자유롭게 이동할 수 있습니다. 집과 목적지를 연결하여 공간 확장 경험을 제공하는 Brio 통합 이동 솔루션은 집에 연결된 이동 공간, 드라이브트레인 공유, 노인들을 위한 다리 역할을 하는 실내 휠체어로 구성됩니다.
